Excerpts from our exclusive interview with Divya:

Could you please talk us through your background and your journey?

I come from the world of technology and transformation, with over two decades of experience in IT, leading high-impact teams, building platforms, and helping organisations evolve in the digital age.

With a B.Tech in Computer Engineering and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, my foundation was built on systems and strategy. But my story goes beyond code and corporate playbooks—it’s also about resilience, reinvention, and deep self-awareness.

Over the years, I’ve grown not just as a professional, but as a woman navigating ambition, vulnerability, and meaning. After leading for years in the corporate space, I felt the pull to share insights that don’t live in business decks—lessons born from everyday leadership, emotional complexity, and quiet courage.

That’s how my journey as a digital creator began. Today, through my Instagram platform, I speak to working women and conscious professionals, blending real-world wisdom, emotional intelligence, and calm strength. My content is a space for those looking to lead with clarity, live with balance, and thrive with authenticity.

How did you discover your passion?

My passion didn’t arrive with fanfare—it found me in moments of silence, in the quiet strength of my comebacks after life’s unexpected turns.

I’ve always been drawn to people—their unspoken emotions, layered stories, and the beauty of what lies beneath the surface. In the corporate world, I was recognised for my technical acumen and strategic thinking. But what truly created impact was something more subtle: my ability to listen deeply, hold space with compassion, and guide with clarity.

With time, I realised that content—when created mindfully—has the power to do more than inform. It can heal, uplift, and empower. That knowing lit a spark in me.

I knew I wanted to create something beyond my day job—something real, intentional, and heart-led. A digital space that speaks to the soul of people navigating real life. A space where ambition and authenticity coexist.

Today, that spark has become a voice, a platform, and a purpose—helping others find clarity, courage, and calm in their own journeys.

Who do you believe has been the biggest source of motivation in your daily life?

The women in my life—especially those who carry strength with softness—are my constant source of motivation. My daughters, in particular, have changed the way I see the world. Their presence reminds me to stay rooted, playful, and brave.

But more than anyone else, it’s the future version of myself I haven’t met yet – the one I am becoming. I’m motivated by who I want to become—and the quiet promise I’ve made to live with intention, grace, and authenticity.

What are some of the strategies that you believe have helped you grow as a person?

Radical self-reflection: I pause often now. I check in with my emotions, my energy, and my intent. This habit keeps me grounded.

Graceful detachment: Not everything deserves a reaction. Learning to respond rather than react has changed my emotional landscape.

Continuous learning: Whether it’s through books, others’ wisdom or observing life, I’ve stayed open to growth in unexpected ways.

Purposeful solitude: I value quiet time. It’s in silence that I reconnect with my inner compass.

Growth mindset: I focus on adding value, whether it’s to a conversation, a team, or a digital audience. That keeps my journey meaningful.

In your opinion, what are the keys to success?

Success is often mistaken for speed/race to reach milestones, but I believe it’s about alignment and fulfilment; it’s a continuous journey from one milestone to another at any pace the individual determines for themselves. It’s about creating a positive impact on people’s life who join you on your path.

Self-awareness is key – know who you are, and who you are not.

Emotional maturity – learning how to handle rejection, disappointment, and praise without losing balance.

Consistency – not in being perfect, but in showing up with purpose.

The ability to reinvent – because growth requires you to outgrow.

And above all, humility – because the higher you rise, the softer your presence should become.

What advice would you give to our readers?

1) Love deeply, Forgive completely, and be Grateful for everything. Live with mindfulness.

2) Don’t identify your worth with a job title, a relationship, or a number on a screen. You have more power than you think.

3) Allow your path to be unique. You don’t have to follow the rules—you can open portals.

4) Because at the end of the day, the real currency of a meaningful life isn’t what you collected— It’s what you gave and how you made people feel.
